We may update these terms; we'll tell partners before changes take effect.
These terms apply to event organizers accepted as Founding Partners. They add to the RaveRep Terms of Service and the Marketplace Terms.
1. Joining
You apply through raverep.com/promoters or a partner link. Your account is set up straight away, and a person reviews your application afterwards. If it is not a fit, we will tell you, and the free business account ends at that point. The Founding Partner program is limited to 50 partners.
2. What you get
- (a) A RaveRep Business plan at no charge, for as long as you remain a Founding Partner under these terms.
- (b) 15% of what each vendor who signed up through your link pays RaveRep for a paid plan, for each month that vendor stays paid during the twelve months that start with that vendor's first paid month. After those twelve months the share for that vendor ends. Shares already earned are never taken back.
- (c) One-time cash bonuses when the number of paying vendors you referred reaches 5 ($50), 10 ($100), 25 ($250), 50 ($1,000) and 100 ($3,000 for the first partner to get there, $1,500 for every partner after). Each bonus is paid once, ever, and is not taken back if a vendor later leaves.
- (d) Booth payments through your event page carry the 1% fee in the Marketplace Terms.
3. How and when you are paid
Earnings are calculated monthly and paid by RaveRep within 30 days after the month closes, once your balance reaches $25. Smaller balances roll over to the next month. You must give us a completed W-9 (or the right form for your country) before we pay you. We may report payments to tax authorities, including on Form 1099. You are responsible for your own taxes. Refunded, failed or charged-back vendor payments do not earn a share.
4. What pauses or ends it
Within each vendor's twelve months, your 15% share pauses if you run no events on RaveRep for 12 months in a row, and restarts when you run one. A pause does not extend a vendor's twelve months. Your partnership ends if: you ask to leave; your application is not approved on review; you break these terms or the Terms of Service (for example, fake sign-ups, self-referrals, spam or misleading claims about RaveRep); or RaveRep closes the program or the service. Except where you broke these terms, we will give you at least 90 days' notice before ending your partnership or closing the program, and we will pay everything you earned up to the end date.
5. What happens to your plan and data if it ends
Your account stays yours. Your business page, events, vendor roster and records remain available to you. Your plan moves to the free plan, or you can choose a paid plan. Features that only paid plans include switch off, but we do not delete your data because the partnership ended. You can export your data at any time. Earnings accrued before the end date are paid as normal.
6. Changes
We may change the program for partners who join later. For existing Founding Partners, we will not reduce the rates or bonuses in section 2 unless we close the program under section 4, with notice.
Partners who joined before September 23, 2026 keep the terms they joined under.
7. Nothing else is promised
You are an independent business, not an employee, agent or joint venturer of RaveRep. Being a Founding Partner does not give you any ownership, shares, options, equity or other interest in RaveRep, and no such interest is offered or promised unless it is set out in a separate written agreement signed by both RaveRep and you. Conversations about a closer partnership are not an offer.
