Fill it in, pick a look, copy. Works in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. No account, no paywall, no catch!
Your personal website uses the Website field above.
Yours to keep. This is plain HTML sitting in your own mail client. Nothing here expires, downgrades or stops rendering if you never pay us.
Yes. Every template, the accent colors, the booking link, the social row: all free, no account, no paywall before you can copy. These are the same signature templates RaveRep's paying users get, not a stripped-down teaser. Anonymous signatures include a small 'Powered by RaveRep' line at the bottom; create a free account and that line goes away.
Nothing. It keeps working. What you copy is plain HTML that lives inside your own mail client. There is no hosted block on our side that expires, downgrades, or gets switched off when a trial ends, and nothing new gets added to it later. That is the difference worth knowing about: paid signature tools generally serve your signature to you, so when the subscription lapses it can degrade or stop rendering. Yours is a file you own. The one piece we host is a photo you upload here, so keep your own copy of that image. What does go out of date is what the signature SAYS (a new title, a new rating), and the fix for that is to come back, edit, and paste it again.
The signature itself is built entirely in your browser. Your name, phone, and links are never submitted to a server. One transparent exception: if you use the photo upload button, that image is hosted for you, because email clients refuse to display images embedded directly in a signature, so a hosted URL is the only way your photo actually shows in Gmail or Outlook. Prefer not to? Paste a URL to an image you already host instead.
Yes. The signatures are built the way email clients demand: table-based layout with every style inlined, no external stylesheets to strip. Click Copy, then paste into Gmail (Settings → See all settings → Signature) or Outlook (Settings → Mail → Compose and reply) and it should look the way the preview does. The exact steps are printed under the preview.
Because an image signature is a worse signature: recipients can't click your phone number to call, can't tap your booking link, and many clients block images by default, so your whole sign-off vanishes. HTML keeps every link clickable, renders crisp text at any screen size, and stays readable even with images off. That's why the tool hands you real HTML to paste, not a PNG to attach.
New title, new photo, new proof: you'd have to rebuild and re-paste, so most people never do. A RaveRep signature links to a page that updates itself: your current rating, your newest rave, your open booking slots. Same paste-once, but it keeps working.
